We provide business intelligence consulting, Power BI dashboard development, training, and one-on-one tutoring. Services are delivered as agreed upon via proposal, invoice, or contract.
All services must be paid in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed. Payments are non-refundable once work has started. We reserve the right to suspend work for unpaid invoices.
Clients must provide accurate data, timely feedback, and access to relevant platforms or files required for service delivery. Delays due to missing input are not our responsibility.
All custom dashboards, materials, or content provided by Data Driven Dashboards remain our intellectual property unless a written agreement states otherwise. You may not resell or redistribute our templates or training content without permission.
We respect your confidentiality. Any data or information shared with us for your project will be kept secure and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of data or business profits.
Training sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice may not be refunded or rescheduled.
We reserve the right to terminate a project or client relationship at any time for violation of these terms or for inappropriate behavior.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
